What This Warranty Covers
This Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in Asteriq products. Specifically, we will repair or replace your product if it has problems due to:

• Broken or malfunctioning zippers
• Defective buckles, straps, or hardware
• Seams coming apart under normal use
  

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, stains, fading)
• Accidental damage (cuts, burns, spills, crushing)
• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Loss or theft of the product

How Long the Coverage Last
This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product, which Asteriq defines as the typical lifespan of its materials and components under normal use and care. Over time, all products will experience natural wear and deterioration, which is not covered by this warranty.

Warranty Registration Requirement
To activate this warranty, you must complete the warranty registration form on our website within 100 days of your original purchase date. Claims will not be accepted without a valid registration on file.

Who Is Covered
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product from Asteriq or an authorized seller. It is non-transferable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim:

1. Email main@asteriq.co with:

• Your original proof of purchase
• A description of the defect
• Clear photos showing the issue

2. Our team will review your claim and let you know if it’s approved.

3. If approved, we will provide instructions to return the product.

Who Pays for Shipping

• You are responsible for shipping the product to us.
• If your claim is approved, Asteriq will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired or replacement product back to you.

Our Options
If we determine the issue is covered, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace it with the same model or a comparable one
• If neither option is available, offer a store credit

Limitations
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state or country. Asteriq reserves the right to determine whether a claim is valid and whether the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
