ORDERS & SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are packed and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email once it’s on the way.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is free on all US orders

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, that is something we are currently working on.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery progress.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us immediately at main@asteriq.co. We’ll do our best to update the address before it leaves our warehouse.

MY PACKAGE SAYS β€œDELIVERED” BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Double-check with neighbors or your front desk first. If you still can’t find it, contact us within 3 days and we’ll help track it down or file a claim if needed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 100 days to return your backpack. It must be in its original condition β€” clean and undamaged.

HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Email us at main@asteriq.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

We’ll cover return shipping if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For all other returns, a small shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help us cover the cost.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT β€” WHAT NOW?

We’re sorry about that. Email us at main@asteriq.co. We'll make it right.

CAN I RETURN A GIFT?

Yes. If you received an item as a gift and would like to exchange or return it, contact us with the order number (if available) or the name/email of the purchaser.

WARRANTY

WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER?

All ASTERIQ products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects β€” including zippers, stitching, or hardware that fail under normal use.

HOW DO I FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

Just email us at main@asteriq.co with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We’ll review it and guide you through next steps.

WHAT DOES "LIFETIME OF THE PRODUCT" MEAN?

The lifetime of the product means the period during which the materials and components can reasonably be expected to remain functional and serviceable under normal use. For most customers, this is several years of regular use. Natural wear over time is not considered a defect.

USING YOUR BACKPACK

HOW DO I CLEAN THE BACKPACK?

We recommend wiping it down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry β€” it could damage the internal system and materials.

CAN I OVERFILL THE BACKPACK?

We recommend not exceeding the bag’s maximum capacity when compressed. Overfilling may reduce the compression efficiency and put strain on zippers or seams.

IS IT SAFE TO USE THE COMPRESSION SYSTEM ON CLOTHES AND ELECTRONICS?

Yes, but we suggest keeping electronics in their designated padded compartments. The vacuum feature is meant to compress soft items like clothes, not hard objects.
