No, that is something we are currently working on.
Once your order ships, youβll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery progress.

You have 100 days to return your backpack. It must be in its original condition β clean and undamaged.

Weβll cover return shipping if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For all other returns, a small shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help us cover the cost.

All ASTERIQ products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects β including zippers, stitching, or hardware that fail under normal use.

The lifetime of the product means the period during which the materials and components can reasonably be expected to remain functional and serviceable under normal use. For most customers, this is several years of regular use. Natural wear over time is not considered a defect.
We recommend wiping it down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry β it could damage the internal system and materials.
We recommend not exceeding the bagβs maximum capacity when compressed. Overfilling may reduce the compression efficiency and put strain on zippers or seams.
Yes, but we suggest keeping electronics in their designated padded compartments. The vacuum feature is meant to compress soft items like clothes, not hard objects.
